Executive Summary

North American Trading is a food trading company.  We are importing canned mushrooms, baby corn, cashew nuts, straws, etc., from Asia to the United States and exporting raisins, oranges, fresh grapes, fresh apples and  can food machinery equipments from The United States to Asia.  In three years, our annual sales have increased to be well over five million dollars.

North American Trading-Texas Co was formed by our Founders in 2005.  The Company experienced steady growth since its inception, and had develop its exporting market since 2008.

Our Fruits Exporting Market is involved with these four products:

1.      Raisins

2.      Fresh grapes

3.      Fresh apples

4.      Fresh oranges

The company's Short Term Objectives (within the next two years) are to increase activity in all Divisions, and to achieve annual profit, net after taxes, of $ 7,000,000 by 2012. Its Long term objectives are: to maintain the level of current business achieved until 2012, and then develop a new market for United States fresh fruits (Apples, Grapes, Orange ) in Viet Nam and South East Asia.
